General Questions

BlaseVault is a wallet for storing, sending, receiving, and organizing supported digital items. It combines a straightforward interface with helpful protection, recovery tools, and simple sign-in options.
BlaseVault is mainly an online wallet with extra safeguards inspired by offline storage. Your device keeps key details protected, and supported hardware wallets can add another layer of safety.
BlaseVault uses multiple safeguards, including protected key storage, simple sign-in options, extra verification steps, and helpful checks for suspicious activity. Your own habits matter too: use a strong password and never share your recovery details.
Yes. Your recovery details can restore access on a compatible wallet. Write them down, store them somewhere safe offline, and never share them with anyone.
Important key details are designed to stay protected on your device. BlaseVault uses encrypted account data where syncing is supported, while your recovery details remain your responsibility.

Supported Assets

BlaseVault supports a broad selection of items across Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, and other supported networks. Check the Assets page for current availability before sending anything.
Open the Assets area and choose Add Item. Search by name or enter the contract address, then review the network and details before saving.
Where supported, the built-in viewer can display NFTs from compatible networks. Availability may vary by network.

Transfers & Fees

Basic account actions may be free, while blockchain transfers can include a network fee. Swaps may also include a small service charge. Review the amount shown on screen before confirming.
Completion time depends on the selected network and how busy it is. Some networks confirm quickly, while others can take a bit longer. Check the transfer status for updates.
A confirmed blockchain transfer usually cannot be reversed. Check the network, address, and amount carefully. When using a new address, consider sending a small test first.
Items sent to the wrong address may not be recoverable. Contact the address owner or receiving service if known, but always verify every detail before confirming a transfer.

Security & Recovery

Move quickly: secure your email and device, change related passwords, contact support, and move remaining items to a new trusted wallet if it is safe to do so. BlaseVault will never ask for your recovery details, private keys, or sign-in codes.
Go to Settings, open Security, and choose Two-Factor Authentication. Follow the steps for an authenticator app or security key, then save your backup codes somewhere safe.
Recovery details are a set of words used to restore a compatible wallet. Write them down and keep them in a private, offline location. Do not screenshot, email, upload, or share them.
Yes. On a trusted device, select Restore Wallet and follow the recovery steps. Only enter your recovery details inside the official app on a device you control.
